This project is the construction of a large-scale purification workshop dedicated to titanium plating on plates for Suqian Shuyang Yian Teng. The total area is 11,000 square meters, and the main structure is a two-story building. The project integrates high-precision decoration and key environmental protection system integration (waste gas/wastewater treatment) for steel structure engineering. It focuses on addressing the core pain point of the titanium plating industry on plates - the high corrosion pollution caused by titanium molecules, and provides a professional solution for the entire process
Core construction content and technological innovation:
`High-standard purification workshop (core breakthrough)
1. Anti-corrosion design: In response to the strong corrosivity of titanium molecules, special anti-corrosion materials (such as acid and alkali resistant epoxy flooring, antioxidant purification board wall finish) are used to construct a clean space. 2. Precise ventilation and drainage system: Through precise calculation of air volume, pressure, and airflow organization, air quality standards are achieved (10,000-grade constant temperature and humidity, using an imported rotor initial system). Key areas are equipped with high-efficiency negative pressure suction to ensure immediate collection and targeted treatment of titanium dust and volatile pollutants, eliminating cross-contamination. 3. Innovative workstation design: The core highlight is the workstation's integration of "integrated negative pressure suction technology". The principle is analogous to that of an efficient range hood, forming a closed negative pressure chamber at the source of pollution. Coupled with a multi-layer filtration and purification system, the suction efficiency far exceeds conventional standards, significantly reducing the pollution concentration on the work surface.
`Professional environmental protection treatment system:
1. Exhaust gas treatment: Equip with large treatment towers and pipe networks to specifically treat acidic exhaust gas containing titanium, ensuring strict control of emission indicators. 2. Wastewater treatment: Build facilities for classified collection and advanced treatment to effectively purify wastewater containing heavy metals, acids, and alkalis, in compliance with environmental regulations.
Construction of integrated factory building:
1. Main structure: It encompasses the construction of the internal steel structure and functional zoning. 2. Modern decoration: The passageway is paved with wear-resistant colored sand flooring, and equipped with fast-acting roller shutter doors and a standardized signage system
3. Standardized construction: Implement strict on-site management and provide safety facilities (guardrails, lighting).
