As the core of the project, the purification workshop utilizes high-quality materials (such as wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant green epoxy floor paint and clean walls), with a scientific zoning layout (clear functional areas such as raw material area, electroplating line, and passageway), supplemented by a professional and sufficient clean lighting system (long strip lights/square lamps), to ensure that the stringent requirements for cleanliness, temperature, and humidity in precision electroplating processes are met (see the actual interior image of the workshop).
`Environmental protection treatment system (top priority): 1. Exhaust gas treatment: Equipped with large-scale professional exhaust gas treatment towers and supporting pipeline systems (see cylindrical exhaust gas treatment equipment diagram), it effectively collects and treats harmful gases such as acid mist and chromium mist generated during the electroplating process, ensuring emissions meet standards.
2. Wastewater/waste liquid treatment: Establish specialized wastewater treatment stations and corresponding pipelines, equipped with dedicated collection and storage facilities (such as special containers for "acid-containing waste liquid"). Strictly implement separate collection, classified treatment, and advanced purification for electroplating wastewater containing heavy metals, acids, and alkalis, to ensure environmental safety.
